个人简介

张曼,现任18luck新利网页版讲师(助理教授),受聘18luck新利网页版“杰出学者计划”青年学者B岗。2020年毕业于美国罗格斯新泽西州立大学环境与生物科学学院,博士期间围绕肥胖问题在该学院食品科学系,农业,食品与资源经济系,和营养系展开了交叉学科研究。目前的研究方向为:食品经济与管理;食品,营养与健康;以及健康经济学。
